Precision Machining ServicesAlong with eight
lathes ranging in size from a small Hardinge high precision collet
lathe to a NILES lathe with a swing capacity of 24inches, the machining
department consists of seven Bridgeport Knee mills, a Cincinnati
and a Gorton Mill. |

| The CNC end of the machining department consists of two TREE CNC mills with Dynapath 20 controls for cutting shaped tooling. As with the other CNC departments, these are programmed both at the machine by our highly skilled operators, and using Mastercam CNC software for the more intricate pieces. | |
| We work with DELRIN &
other types of plastic, aluminum, and all the various PM tool steels. |

| Heat treatment of all but the very largest pieces is done in-house using 3 LUCIFER furnaces. | |
| The manufacture of automated machine parts is a newer part of the business, and we tackle this with the same precision as we have always done with our Powder Compaction tooling. |  |
