CNC GrindingThe CNC grinding department consists of three Moore #3 Jig Grinders and two Compugrinders.Two of the Jig Grinders are equipped with NASA CNC computer controls. These allow for shape grinding up to 9x16 inches with an absolute accuracy of ±.0001 over the entire range. |

two Compugrinders are equipped with CNC controllers that allow 3 axis
grinding to ±.0001. These machines are used to produce some
of the various gear tooling that we manufacture. With them, we can
produce gears from as small as .110ø up to approximately 7”
in diameter. All of the programs for these machines are created in-house with the latest Mastercam CAM software. |
