Compacting Tooling, Inc. (CTI) is a specialized Tool & Die company with a 40 year history of manufacturing high quality tooling for the powder compacting industry. CTI employs over 24 highly skilled craftsmen.

We pride ourselves on producing the best quality tooling available, along with a top rate delivery record.

Out of 1,068 jobs shipped, CTI was 99.2% on time in 2009!

We sell the majority of our tooling to powdered metal (P/M) parts manufacturers all over the United States, Asia, Japan, Europe and Puerto Rico. Some of the materials compacted into parts using our tooling are steel, stainless steel, iron, copper, brass, polymers (plastics), and ceramics. Some examples of the parts produced using our tooling are triggers, hammers and sights for firearms manufacturers; indexable inserts and cutting tools, gears for automotive, power tools, copiers, and cameras; high heat bearings and seals for aircraft and nuclear power plants; ceramic parts for faucets, electronics, and wear applications; as well as numerous products for the automotive and lawn and garden industries. Additionally, our expert machinists are highly accomplished at manufacturing automated machine components.

All of our tooling, produced in our ISO 9001-2008 Certified shop, is made to your exact specifications. Rigorous inspection during manufacture and thorough inspection just prior to shipment ensures we will meet or exceed your expectations for quality tooling.

From the president of the company to the newest employee, we must sincerely care about our customers and their needs. We seek employees that are willing to go that extra mile for the customer and take pride in their work. Be it an emergency repair or a new set of tools, it is our belief that we must do whatever is necessary to meet our customers needs in both quality and on time delivery. It takes years to prove yourself to the customer, but only minutes to lose a customer.
